IT ALL STARTED WHEN…

We were young, somewhat obedient (lol) and unaware. Traveling is a family tradition passed down from our great-grandmother who traveled; even at a time when people that looked like us were not welcomed in parts of the U.S. In raising us, our parents continued this tradition and always made sure we knew that we belonged. Whether we were visiting family or enjoying much needed relaxation, traveling was a pastime our family indulged in every season. No matter the destination or length of the trip, our mother always made sure we had an itinerary to help navigate the next adventure. And, with each adventure, we were sure to have the outfits to match—some times that meant dressing as triplets! *side-eye parents*

From car trips traveling north to south, plane rides cross-country, and cruises around the world, we were blessed to develop a curiosity to explore various cities, states, countries, and cultures at a young age. We witnessed God’s creation and felt the irreplaceable power and fullness that came from our explorations. Even today, we live for this fulfillment; to explore with family and friends, while making more lifelong memories, and of course, having our itineraries to help navigate the next adventure!

As millennials, we know the impact that exploration through travel continues to have—it helps shape our faith, perspective, and acceptance of people and cultures. Through The Travel Tailor, our goal is to create these memories and life changing moments for YOU, and those who matter most.
